About the event
"Poetic Sounds" will feature an excitingly varied program filled with chamber music masterpieces, virtuoso instrumentalists, favorite arias, and even poetry of William Cullen Bryant's set to music. In addition to familiar works by Chopin, Schumann, and Debussy, Marc-André Teruel from Vienna will be demonstrating how he is transforming the double bass into a solo instrument. Also featured on this program will be the celebrated New York pianist Maxim Lando and the award-winning violinist Tassilo Probst from Germany. The three twenty-year rising stars are on fire after their recent triumph at the International Classical Music Awards held this year in Poland.
